Q: Will you place me in a job?
A: No, that’s not what we do. We’re success coaches. With us, you are the client, not the employer. By the way, you should run from any career counselor or entity that attempts to charge you to find you a job. Recruiters and executive search companies “place” individuals in positions, and by law are only allowed to charge the employer. That said, what we will do for you at You’re Never Stuck Inc. is help you learn how to dramatically increase the probability of getting placed by executive recruiters, market yourself with business acumen and create success on your terms.

Q: How long have you been doing this work?
A: We’ve been in business since 1989 helping individuals and businesses maximize their talent. (We previously operated under the entity name, Esquire Consulting, Ltd. but changed our name when we sold the search division of that company to a public company.)

Q: How much do you charge?
A: For individuals, we charge $1295 for our Success Coaching Session. This includes our award winning book, additional materials and a 3 to 4 hour session. Unlike traditional career coaches, we use our expertise as business and/or “headhunters/recruiters” to create a concrete game plan, a revised resume and an actual marketing strategy for success.

For businesses, depending on the services needed, we typically charge on a case on an hourly basis.

Q: How do you work with people?
A: As we work with clients across the country, most of our work is done via phone conference. We often coach our individual clients in the evening or on weekends in order to accommodate their busy schedule.
